In 2019-20, we collected $18.9 billion in revenue and allocated $309.6 million in grants, subsidies, rebates, and payments, including unclaimed money.
In the second half of the year, our focus turned to administering a range of tax and fee relief measures related to the summer bushfires and then, from March 2020, to assisting Victorians impacted by the coronavirus pandemic and associated State of Emergency.
To 30 June 2020, we administered $731 million in coronavirus tax and fee relief, including:
- $672 million in payroll tax relief,
- $37 million in land tax relief, and
- $22 million in liquor licence fee relief.
